I called Roof Surgeons after discovering a wet ceiling during an ice storm. I knew my roof was on its last leg and was looking to replace it. Casey was at my house within an hour of me calling, and offered to replace the roof the next day or day after that. At every step, he was responsive, professional, efficient and followed through exactly as he said he would. His price was reasonable. He and his crew completed the job in several hours. During a severe coastal storm, the ridge cap blew off our house. We contacted Roof Surgeons about replacing the roof the morning following the storm. They responded immediately, advising they would visit to review the project and take measurements. When Casey arrived and saw that the roof cap was missing, he immediately offered to round up the pieces and put the cap back on to keep the house dry and to give us time in making our decision. Immediate crisis averted. Casey’s assessment of our roof was thorough and thoughtful; his extensive experience and input were helpful in making our decision about a new roof. The next morning, we received an estimate for the new roof and decided to move forward. The price was fair, the completion time was quick. We couldn’t be happier with the results. We had a leak at our summer home we realized when we came up to Pine Point a couple weeks before Christmas. We called multiple roofing companies and Casey returned the call same day and was out to examine the problem next day. What an amazing job! I had a leaky skylight and had to replace it or the roof and considering my house is from the 1870's, a new roof plus new skylight seemed like the right choice. We had 2 leaks on Thursday and I contacted a few roofing companies. The Roof Surgeons called me back immediately and said he would be here the next day. They showed up Friday and repaired both leaks to get me through the rain coming that night. They came back Saturday and put on a whole new roof. OMG I am so thrilled with the excellent customer service and final job! I was desperate to find help for an open area of my roof from the crazy storm last weekend. I had called 2 other places on Thursday and had to leave messages, on Friday still no response from either place. I called the roof surgeons and he answered the phone directly and told me he would be in the area that morning and could get the job done! My house is on the market so timeliness was of the utmost importance! By 12:30 he had completed the job, sent me the pictures of the meticulous completion. And the price was right!
